One Sameer Khan, who identifies himself as a filmmaker wants Indian Muslims in the Gulf to dogwhistle against the Hindu residents and endanger their lives.

In a series of tweets late on Thursday night, Khan asked fellow Indian Muslims to take their mobile phones and go to Hindu NRI shop and restaurant owners and ask them their view on the VHP and so-called ‘anti-Muslim riots’. He was referring to the recent Nuh violence where Hindu procession carried out by the VHP was attacked by Muslim mobs after an elaborate planning.
Khan also wanted the Indian Muslims to ask other Hindus on a hidden camera if they would like to contribute monetarily to rebuild homes of Muslims which are allegedly destroyed in the violence. He mocked how no one would praise the VHP in the Gulf. “Let’s see how many praise VHP on camera and after that still do business in Muslim countries. Let them say they’re not willing to help Muslim rebuild homes. If they can fund RSS ever can help Muslims too,” he tweeted.
“Those who say Muslims don’t have options. This is one of the best options. Collect money from Hindu NRI and rebuild homes destroyed by Hindus in India. Take Eid donations from them. Ask Bohra outside India. If they can pay RSS then they can also pay MUSLIMS,” he tweeted further. He further challenged that not a single NRI would have the courage to praise the VHP and Monu Manesar outside of India.
To make things clearer, Khan wants Hindu NRIs specifically being recorded without their knowledge or consent. He wants Indian Muslims to ask them questions which could lead to a polarised answer leading to a heated debate, as any political or religious debate could go, and if in heat of moment the Hindu NRI says something, it could be shared out of context, thereby jeopardising their lives in Islamic countries. We have seen this happen during the anti-CAA protests where Hindus in Gulf had to face repercussions for voicing their opinion on the Act that fast-tracks Indian citizenship of persecuted minorities in three neighbouring Islamic countries. Islamists on social media doxxed many NRIs in Gulf and wrote to their employers, taking away their livelihood and also getting them deported.
What was even more shocking was how many Indian Muslims agreed to these views of Khan and wanted Hindu NRIs hounded for views which could be contrary to theirs.
Here is one Sajid Ali saying how it does not matter what they say on camera as most support the Bajrang Dal and RSS.
Bajrang Dal and RSS are voluntary organisations which work towards protecting the Hindu cause. There is literally nothing wrong in supporting these organisations which are usually the first to come out to protect Hindus whenever they need help. The RSS, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, has often been at the forefront of helping during natural calamities. One may disagree with them politically but supporting them should not be reason to get them persecuted.
One Ahmed suggested the Hindu NRIs should also be asked to give their opinion on what is happening to Muslims in India and what government must do. The ‘what is happening to Muslims in India’ is the ‘dara hua musalman’ bogey that is raised ever since Narendra Modi became Prime Minister of India. Fact is, it has been under the Modi government that the Muslims in India have had highest scholarships, employment opportunity and prosperity along with dignity for women by criminalising the instant triple talaq.
One Ahmed Raza Ibrahim, whose Twitter bio says he lives in Dubai, said that he would go about and record Hindu NRIs after Isha, the last and fifth of the five mandatory namaz (Islamic prayer).
Many influential Islamists, too, supported this idea of targeted harassment towards NRI Hindus.
Later he even asked everyone to amplify his message of how to harass and bully NRI Hindus.
If Nuh violence was clinically planned and executed by local Muslim residents of Mewat, this is sophisticated coordination to now target NRI Hindus by the likes of Sameer Khan.
