Shapes of Trishul and a four feet idol has been found inside the basement of the disputed structure at Gyanvapi complex as per reports.
As per Times Now Navbharat, sources have informed that in the basement, Trishul imagery as well as a four feet big idol is also found.
Times Now Navbharat also reported that Hindu holy symbol such as Kalash was also present in the basement of the disputed structure.
The survey of the Archeological Survey of India is currently under process at the Gyanvapi complex. Currently the first phase of today’s survey is concluded and a break is taken for the namaz.
The Gyanvapi complex is originally an ancient Shiva temple which was destroyed by Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. However, the structure of original temple was kept intact, likely to taunt Hindus, something the Mughals have done to many ancient Hindu temples.
In May 2022, a Shivling was discovered during the ASI survey at Gyanvapi complex in the wuzukhana. The Shivling was discovered after the water inside a pond like well, which is used as wuzukhana by Muslims to wash their dirty hands and feet before their prayers, was pumped out of it. The discovery of Shivling was considered a substantial evidence.
